Sell the crypto. Keep the cash.
Sell USDC to a real person. They pay you on Revolut, Wise or SEPA. Your crypto stays in on-chain escrow until their payment is proven.

Why Landed
Your fiat never touches us
Buyers pay you directly on your own account. Landed holds crypto in escrow, never dollars, euros or pounds. One less intermediary, and nothing to freeze.
Escrow readable by anyone
Every trade is a public account on Solana. Funded, locked, released or refunded: the state is on-chain and the program is open source.
Nobody arbitrates
No chat moderators reading screenshots. The buyer proves the transfer from their own payment session, and the program releases.
How it settles
Escrow holds the crypto, never the cash
Release conditions:
Payment rails
Proof-verifiable rails firstQuestions
When does it launch?
The escrow program and the proof verifier are built and tested on a local network. Devnet comes next, then mainnet after a security review. Follow the X account for the date.
Who decides if the payment arrived?
Nobody at Landed. The buyer submits a proof of their transfer. The verifier checks amount, currency, reference and status against the offer, then signs the release. The seller can also release manually.
What if the buyer never pays?
The payment window is enforced on-chain. Once it expires, the refund is permissionless and returns the vault to the seller.
Is there a token?
No. Any wallet can trade. Reputation is earned from settled trades, not bought.
Which assets?
USDC on Solana first. Any SPL token can be escrowed by the program.
Cash out, person to person.
Landing on Solana soon. Follow along for the launch.
